Job summary

Arden White Aerospace & Aviation Recruitment is supporting a leading UK rotary aviation operator in Aberdeen. This role targets B1.3 licensed engineers for long-term stability, with progression within a well-established organisation.

The position covers Line and Heavy Maintenance across modern rotary fleet; licence-based progression and type-rating support within 12 months are offered for those without current type experience. Junior entry may be considered.

Qualifications

• Essential: UK CAA B1.3 Licence (A Licence may be considered for junior entry-level roles).
• Right to live and work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
• Hands-on helicopter maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out and certify aircraft maintenance across line and heavy maintenance activities, including inspections, defect rectification, and modifications.
• Exercise certification privileges in accordance with company authorisations and UK CAA regulations.
• Ensure full compliance with airworthiness, safety, and quality standards.
• Report and escalate any safety, quality, or compliance concerns relating to tooling, materials, personnel, or facilities.
• Work closely with Shift Supervisors and the wider engineering team to meet operational requirements.
• Contribute to a positive safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
