Volantes Technical Recruitment Ltd in Glasgow is recruiting a B1.3 Licensed Engineer to join a busy maintenance team at our client site. The role operates on a 5-5-4 shift pattern with 7am-7pm, handling planned and unplanned maintenance tasks in a collaborative environment.

The candidate must hold a UK CAA B1.3 licence and be H145 type rated, with the willingness to travel. A strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance is essential, with ongoing training and career development provided.

Qualifications

• A UK CAA Aircraft Maintenance Engineers Licence category B1.3.
• Type rated on the H145.
• Willingness to travel; shift-based at Glasgow HQ with occasional travel.
• Solid knowledge of aircraft maintenance regulations, Health & Safety and Human Factors.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for the successful completion of all allocated, planned and ad-hoc maintenance tasks
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain licences and type ratings current
• Provide professional communication with customers and contacts
• Record timekeeping accurately in the maintenance system
• Complete work safely, considering risks to people and property
• Report defects to Maintenance Manager or Central Planning
• Report health and safety or flight safety issues via the company system
