b. the agency is hiring a Beauty Account Director.

In line with our continued growth, we’re looking for a Beauty Account Director to join our beauty division at our London HQ.

We have built up credibility & trust with clients within this division and currently work with some of the industry’s best including; Bondi Sands, Milani, Beauty of Joseon, Maria Nila, Tweezerman, Gem, Kind Patches, Nailberry and Arkive.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting into senior leadership team / head of divisions / managing directors
• Account-team directorship including implementation of best-in-class processes, work-flows, timelines or critical paths, budgets and reporting
• Expertise in analysing PR outcomes and interpreting data
• Championing the agency values + brand on a daily basis
• In depth experience within a beauty PR agency or in-house delivering digital first work
• 6+ years’ account handling experience with multiple clients at a time
• Exceptional awareness of beauty landscape in the UK (both brand and influencer)
• The ability to work to and set clear KPIs, highly organised with the ability to pick up new processes
• Confident with budgeting + scoping contracts
• Ability to effectively delegate to managers | assistants, managing workload and results, suggesting training + development opportunities to upskill the wider team
