We are currently recruiting for HGV Technicians to join our Transport Department at our Wolverhampton Depot within Mller Milk & Ingredients Distribution. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a prestigious logistics company, servicing and repairing a modern fleet of vehicles.

Role Overview: To repair and maintain our HGV fleet in accordance with legal and company standards, actively seeking solutions and embracing safety and efficiency in all tasks.

Details:

• Location: Wolverhampton Depot (WV12 4LF)
• Contract: Full Time / Permanent
• Shift Pattern: 5 out of 7 days (PM shifts, times negotiable)
• Salary: Competitive, based on experience
• Premiums include overtime, weekend, and unsociable hours rates.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and maintain HGV fleet
• Prepare vehicles for MOT testing
• Record defects and maintenance work
• Repair minor accident damage
• Fault diagnosis
• Prioritize safety in all tasks

Skills & Experience:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and workload prioritization
• Qualifications: City & Guilds parts 2 & 3, BTEC, IMI in motor vehicle management or equivalent
• Essential: Commercial experience on HGVs
• Class C+E license preferred but not essential
