About the Role

Reporting to the Event Operations Manager at W Edinburgh, you will be responsible for setting up and clearing event spaces, preparing items, and ensuring the smooth running of events.

Joining the pre-opening team means you will be instrumental to the success of the hotel’s opening and beyond. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, a people-person, and passionate!

As a Server, your key responsibilities will include:

• Being the face of the restaurant—making the first and last impression on guests
• Welcoming guests warmly and personally
• Giving a fond farewell to encourage repeat visits
• Ensuring guests are seated correctly according to the floor plan
• Communicating important guest information to the team and management
• Working as part of a team
• Taking responsibility for ensuring a seamless guest experience
