Job Description:

This role requires experience and understanding of Presales Solution Architecture. You must be both commercial/technical and have the ability to build rapport with key customers and internally.

Your Responsibilities

• Research and Development of new Azure products and services
• Participate in private and public previews
• Ensure internal teams are 'customer zero' - testing and authenticating new products on internal services before external deployment
• Gather feedback from cross-functional teams to shape the technical roadmap
• Monitor 'end of life' products and communicate upcoming changes
• Design and maintain cloud architectures and best practices
• Create high-quality documentation to standardize solution architectures
• Implement processes and templates for internal and customer use
• Collaborate with Product Team, Presales, Professional, and Managed Services
• Create blueprints for scalable and repeatable customer delivery
• Identify automation opportunities and work with teams to implement
• Support vendor management and partner accreditation processes
