Job Description:

• New roles in a new area of business

This role requires experience and understanding of Presales Solution Architecture. Candidates should be both commercial and technical, with the ability to build rapport with key customers and internal teams.

Tech Stack

• IaaS / PaaS / SaaS
• Interest in AI development (experience not required, but desire to grow in this area)

Your Responsibilities

• Research and development of new Azure products and services
• Participate in private and public previews
• Ensure internal teams are 'customer zero' — testing and authenticating new products on internal services before external deployment
• Gather feedback from cross-functional teams to inform the technical roadmap
• Monitor 'end of life' products and communicate upcoming changes
• Design and maintain cloud architectures and best practices
• Produce high-quality documentation to standardize solution architectures
• Implement processes and templates for internal and customer use
• Collaborate with Product Team, Presales, Professional and Managed Services
• Create scalable and repeatable blueprints for customer delivery
• Identify automation opportunities and facilitate their implementation
• Support vendor management and partner accreditation activities
