Tech Junction Ltd in London seeks an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to manage a predominantly on-premises estate while accelerating cloud adoption. The role blends hands-on server, AD, storage and network administration with Azure cloud services and IaC automation in a hybrid work model with quarterly on-site presence.

You will design, provision, and optimize hybrid cloud infrastructures using Terraform, ARM templates, and Bicep; implement IaC scripts with PowerShell or Python; and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 4+ years in IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with on-prem and cloud (Azure) environments.
• Proficient IaC authoring using Terraform, ARM/Bicep, PowerShell and Python.
• Strong networking, AD, DNS, DHCP, and security fundamentals.

Responsabilités

• Administer, secure, and maintain on-premise server, storage, and network.
• Architect and manage hybrid cloud services on Microsoft Azure.
• Design IaC solutions using Terraform or Bicep to automate provisioning.
• Lead modernization of legacy infrastructure toward hybrid/cloud-native models.
• Monitor performance, security, and SLAs across on-premise and cloud.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents with cross-functional teams.
• Document architecture, runbooks, and migration procedures.
• Collaborate with software, security, and IT operations teams.
