What Will You Be Doing

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Azure Apprentice to join our team. This apprenticeship provides hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure, helping you build a strong foundation in cloud computing, networking, security, and DevOps. Working alongside experienced cloud engineers, you'll gain real-world experience in managing and optimizing Azure environments.

You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of new technologies, supporting DevOps practices to enhance deployment pipelines, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Additionally, you will play a critical role in monitoring system health, conducting performance tuning, and supporting business continuity planning.

Be Responsible For And Deliver

• Assist in deploying, managing, and monitoring Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage, and networking.
• Support Azure security configurations, compliance, and best practices.
• Learn to automate cloud operations using PowerShell, Azure CLI, Terraform, and Python.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues.
• Work with Entra ID for identity and access management.
• Assist in implementing backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring solutions.
• Participate in cloud migration projects and infrastructure optimizations.
• Collaborate with senior cloud engineers to learn industry best practices.
• Document processes and solutions to support future implementations.

What Would We Like From You?

• A keen interest in cloud computing and IT infrastructure.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud is a plus).
• Understanding of networking, virtualization, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

It Would Be Great If You Have the Following

• Any basic experience or knowledge with IT support or cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Kubernetes.
