Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineering Manager with a background in Financial Services or Banking.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Enhancing engineering efficiency by optimizing build, test, and release processes within the Customer Services platform.
2. Automating deployment through zero-touch deployment pipelines, enabling fully automated processes from code changes to production.
3. Modernizing infrastructure to improve code efficiency and build scalable, cloud-based solutions.
4. Leveraging technologies such as Symphony, Fullserve, and AWS to support a next-generation contact center.
5. Preferred skills include experience with Fullserve, ID&V, and automation best practices.

Minimum requirements:

1. Proven experience as an Engineering Manager in the Financial Services or Banking sector.
2. Strong understanding of DevOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and automation.
3. Hands-on experience with CI/CD, modern deployment strategies, and engineering best practices.

This is a 6-month contract working inside IR35 via an umbrella company. Candidates must be UK citizens and based in the UK to be considered.
