Experienced Azure DevOps Engineering Manager required with a background in Financial Services or Banking.

Must have expertise in Symphony, Fullserve, and AWS to improve engineering efficiency and automate deployment processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Enhance Engineering Efficiency – Optimize build, test, and release processes within the Customer Services platform.
2. Automate Deployment – Implement zero-touch deployment, enabling fully automated pipelines from code changes to production.
3. Modernize Infrastructure – Improve code efficiency and build scalable, cloud-based infrastructure.
4. Leverage Key Technologies – Work with Symphony, Fullserve, and AWS to support a next-gen contact center.
5. Skills – Experience with Fullserve, ID&V, and automation best practices.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an Engineering Manager in the Financial Services / Banking sector.
2. Strong understanding of DevOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and automation.
3. Hands-on experience in CI/CD, modern deployment strategies, and engineering best practices.

This is a 6-month contract working inside IR35 via umbrella company, and candidates must be UK-based to be considered.
