Job summary

twentyAI is strengthening its internal technology capability, focusing on cloud maturity and automated deployment practices. The DevOps & Cloud Engineer will own an existing Azure environment, resolve live issues, and enhance how cloud environments are built and managed.

The role spans Azure platform engineering, Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD and production support, with responsibility for a stable, repeatable cloud environment. Strong troubleshooting and security controls are essential.

Qualifications

Azure-focused DevOps and cloud engineering experience.
Hands-on IaC with Terraform or Bicep.
Experience in regulated environments is a plus.
Strong incident management skills.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve Azure infrastructure and deployment issues.
Build and improve Azure environments, networking and platform services.
Bring existing infrastructure under Infrastructure-as-Code and source control.
Build and improve Azure DevOps CI/CD and deployment pipelines.
Support development, test and production environment provisioning.
Implement appropriate monitoring, identity, access and platform controls.
Support cloud infrastructure requirements across engineering and data workloads.
Document solutions and establish repeatable cloud and DevOps practices.
