McLaren Automotive Ltd. is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, build and operate our Azure‑based platforms, enabling secure, scalable delivery for engineering and manufacturing.

You will automate landing zones, manage hybrid identity and oversee CI/CD pipelines across Azure DevOps and GitHub, ensuring governance and cost discipline. The role emphasises hands‑on engineering, security posture, and collaboration with stakeholders to protect production while driving performance and

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating Azure-based platforms in a secure, scalable environment.
• Knowledge of cloud governance, FinOps and ITIL change/incident/problem management.
• Hands-on Azure engineering across compute, networking, storage and platform services.
• Administration of Entra ID and Microsoft 365, with hybrid identity and least privilege.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code and automation (CI/CD pipelines).

Responsibilities

• Build, automate and operate Azure landing zones and platform services.
• Administer Entra ID and hybrid identity for secure access.
• Own Azure DevOps and GitHub pipelines, automation and certificates.
• Deliver platform changes with risk assessments and docs.
• Integrate cloud security tooling and address posture findings.
• Drive FinOps and cost visibility across cloud.
• Provide third-line troubleshooting and write SOPs/run-books.
