Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Cloud Integration Engineer to design, deploy and support Azure-based integration services and cloud infrastructure. You will implement messaging patterns, API management, and automated deployments within a security-forward environment, collaborating across architecture, security and delivery teams.

Responsibilities include IaC with Terraform, CI/CD via GitHub Actions, data integration and transformation, and ongoing operational support to ensure resilient, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Designing and delivering cloud-based integration solutions.
• Azure networking and security services.
• GitHub Actions and automated deployment pipelines.
• Data migration, transformation and integration projects.
• Producing technical documentation and implementation plans.
• Azure API Management (APIM).
• Monitoring and supporting cloud services in a production environment.
• Scripting and automation using PowerShell or Python.
• Working in a regulated or security-conscious environment.
• Collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure and maintain Azure Integration Services.
• Establish messaging with Service Bus queues, topics and subscriptions.
• Implement and support integration patterns, including routing, orchestration and event-driven architectures.
• Configure and monitor dead-letter queues; integrate with Azure Monitor.
• Support API onboarding and lifecycle management in APIM.
• Design and deploy enterprise Azure cloud infrastructure with security controls.
• Develop IaC using Terraform and create reusable templates.
• Define deployment patterns and code-based deployment methods.
• Develop, maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
