Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technology field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in cloud engineering, software testing, or Azure delivery.
• Strong knowledge of C# or similar programming languages.
• Understanding of automated testing, test analysis, API testing.
• Experience with CI/CD delivery using Azure DevOps or similar tooling.
• Awareness of AI agents, generative AI, Microsoft Fabric, and cloud adoption initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for customer-facing work.
• Strong ownership and attention to detail in testing and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Azure-based solutions that are scalable, robust, and aligned to customer requirements.
• Deliver cloud engineering across Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, supporting modernisation, integration, and automation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks to improve solution quality, reliability, and delivery efficiency.
• Support the implementation of Azure-based APIs, workflows, and integration services, applying DevOps and automation best practices.
• Contribute to AI adoption initiatives and help customers leverage emerging cloud capabilities.
• Work closely withengineering teams, business stakeholders, and end users to gather requirements, improve solution outcomes, and support successful delivery.
• Assist customers with operational readiness, adoption, and change management, while providing effectivecustomer-facing consulting support.
