Job summary

Speria is seeking a hands-on Cloud Engineer to support customer-facing Microsoft Azure environments across EMEA from the United Kingdom. This role blends cloud infrastructure engineering, systems administration, production operations, deployment support, and direct customer interaction.

You will help build new environments, keep live platforms healthy, troubleshoot customer-impacting issues, and improve reliability through monitoring, automation, documentation, and repeatable operating

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cloud infrastructure or related role.
• Hands-on Azure production experience.
• Proficiency with PowerShell and automation.
• Windows Server administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and support Azure infrastructure for customer environments.
• Manage Azure networking, compute, storage, identity, monitoring, security, and databases.
• Support onboarding, provisioning, go-lives, cutovers, and post-deployment stabilization.
• Monitor health, performance, capacity, and cloud cost signals.
• Troubleshoot issues affecting live customer environments.
• Review logs, identify root causes, and escalate as needed.
• Automate operations with PowerShell.
• Improve alerts, runbooks, and documentation.
• Collaborate with customer IT teams and internal groups.
• Occasional after-hours for go-lives.
