Job summary

A Birmingham-based global law firm is seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to support, enhance, and continuously improve our Microsoft Azure cloud platform. The role focuses on engineering, automation, security, and operational excellence across multiple international locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Azure administration or engineering.
• Solid knowledge of Azure services and features (Networking, compute, storage).
• Experience with infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines.

• Provide L3 support across Azure services.
• Build, maintain and implement infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Automate workflows and processes using Logic Apps, Azure Functions or similar tools.

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to support, enhance, and

continuously improve our Microsoft Azure cloud platform.

The role is focused on engineering, automation, security, and operational excellence, supporting business‑critical services across multiple international locations.

The Azure Cloud Engineer role is part of our Azure & Infrastructure Team and works closely

with Identity & Messaging, Security, and regional IT teams to ensure that our cloud

services are secure, resilient, cost‑effective, and aligned with organisational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing /L3 support across the breadth of Azure services. Including but not limited
• Build, maintain and Implement Infrastructure as a code using Terraform to align with evolving business requirements in a efficient way.
• Automate workflows and processes using Logic Apps, Azure Functions or other tools.

Attributes/Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in Azure administration or engineering is essential
• Strong knowledge of Azure services and features, such as Azure Management, Terraform Containers, Private Endpoints, Azure networking (VNets, VPN, peering, private endpoints), Azure compute and storage services.
• Experience in using Azure DevOps, GitHub, or other tools for version control and CI/CD.
