Job summary

Ventula Consulting Ltd. is seeking an Azure Technical Architect for a global entertainment & hospitality provider. You will design the cloud strategy, move on-prem infrastructure to Azure, and establish governance, security, and cost controls.

Responsibilities include defining standards, leading cloud migration programmes, and driving cloud-first, serverless approaches with modern DevOps tooling. Hybrid role: 4 days in West London and 1 day remote; base salary up to £100,000 plus bonus and car

Qualifications

Proven experience leading cloud transformation and migration programmes.
Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
Knowledge of cloud security, governance, and compliance standards (GDPR, ISO).
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agile delivery.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver cloud and infrastructure strategy, architecture, and engineering standards.
Design scalable, secure cloud solutions and lead cloud migration initiatives.
Establish governance, security, and compliance frameworks (IAM, encryption, risk management).
Drive adoption of cloud-first and serverless approaches using modern PaaS and DevOps tooling.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to optimise performance, cost, and innovation.
Own and maintain the cloud and network technology roadmap.
