Job Description:

This role requires experience and understanding of Presales Solution Architecture. You should be both commercial and technical, with the ability to build rapport with key customers and internal teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Research and development of new Azure products and services
• Participate in private and public previews
• Ensure internal teams are 'customer zero' for testing and authenticating new products
• Gather feedback from cross-functional teams to shape the technical roadmap
• Monitor 'end of life' products and communicate upcoming changes
• Design and maintain cloud architectures and best practices
• Create high-quality documentation to standardize solution architectures
• Implement processes and templates for internal and customer use
• Collaborate with Product Team, Presales, Professional, and Managed Services
• Create blueprints for customer delivery that are scalable and repeatable
• Identify automation opportunities and assist in implementation
• Support vendor management and partner accreditation processes
