Job Description:

• New roles in a new area of business

This role requires experience and understanding of Presales Solution Architecture. You must be both commercial and technical, with the ability to build rapport with key customers and internal teams.

Technical Skills

• IaaS / PaaS / SaaS
• AI - interest in developing expertise, no prior experience required

Your Responsibilities

• Research and development of new Azure products and services
• Participate in private and public previews
• Ensure internal teams are 'customer zero' - testing and authenticating new products before external deployment
• Gather feedback from cross-functional teams to inform product development
• Monitor 'end of life' products and communicate upcoming changes
• Design and maintain cloud architectures and best practices
• Create high-quality documentation to standardize solution architectures
• Develop processes and templates for internal and customer use
• Collaborate with Product, Presales, Professional Services, and Managed Services teams
• Create scalable and repeatable blueprints for customer delivery
• Identify automation opportunities and implement solutions
• Support vendor management and partner accreditation processes
