Job summary

ShareForce is seeking a Lead Azure Analytics Consultant to define and deliver Microsoft data platforms for large-scale transformation programmes in the UK. You will own technical workstreams from discovery to delivery, mentor delivery teams and influence technology decisions across security, scalability and performance.

You will design lakehouses, data warehouses and ETL/ELT pipelines, with hands-on experience across Azure data tools such as Fabric, Databricks, Data Factory and Synapse.

Qualifications

Experience leading technical workstreams and engaging senior stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of modern data architecture and modelling.
Proficient in SQL and modern data platforms.
UK SC Clearance or eligible.
Consultancy or systems integrator experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of modern Azure data solutions.
Own technical workstreams from discovery through to implementation.
Design scalable lakehouses, data warehouses and ETL/ELT pipelines.
Advise senior clients on data architecture, analytics and engineering.
Provide technical leadership and mentor delivery teams.
Drive high standards across security, scalability and performance.
