Job summary

ShareForce Ltd. is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of Azure-based AI solutions across enterprise programmes in the UK. You will shape end-to-end architectures, advise on Generative AI and agentic AI, and ensure security, governance and commercial viability.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive reusable patterns and standards across projects, while navigating hybrid work arrangements and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Significant enterprise Azure AI delivery experience.
• Proven ability to design GenAI, RAG and agentic solutions on Azure.
• Experience with secure, governable AI architectures and cost controls.
• Strong stakeholder communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Azure AI architectures across enterprise programmes.
• Design GenAI, RAG and agentic solutions using Azure services.
• Translate requirements into solution designs, estimates and roadmaps.
• Define reusable Azure AI patterns, reference architectures and standards.
• Embed security, Responsible AI and cost controls through the lifecycle.
• Provide architectural leadership across delivery teams.
• Build prototypes and reference implementations to validate decisions.
• Support pre-sales and technical proposals.
• Advise on feasibility, risks, and trade-offs.
• Mentor AI engineers and consultants.
