The project!

The Sales Coordinator for RedBull Racing & Converse apparel will implement the brand's strategic plan within their territory, focusing on sales development and profitability in the wholesale channel.

What will the role entail?
  • Monitoring wholesale business performance from start to finish.
  • Understanding the market landscape, including Key Accounts, e-commerce players, multi-brands, and potential franchises, to identify strategic growth opportunities.
  • Driving business during market periods (Showroom &/or Virtual showroom), negotiating and defining client OTB, conducting client appointments, and presenting collections, while supervising order confirmations with active support.
  • Cultivating and prospecting new sales opportunities to drive overall business growth.
  • Collaborating with wholesale operations to optimize shipping targets.
  • Working with product and marketing teams to leverage strategic initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies to maintain stability, sustainability, safety, and security.

Requirements of the position:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sportswear brands preferred.
  • Good knowledge of the UK market and consumer dynamics.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Results-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
