The project!As a Junior Designer you will be supporting the Senior Design Manager for Hackett London Tailoring and Trousers.
What will the role entail?- Assist the Senior Design Manager in all design aspects.
- Organise and maintain design archives, fabric libraries and trims.
- Create and maintain up-to-date tech packs for Tailoring and trousers using illustrator and PLM.
- Help to prepare for presentations and assist in design reviews and supplier meetings
- Coordinate with fabric suppliers and liaise with factories on product development
- Track sample and prototype progress to ensure timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
- Assist with trend and fabric research and competitive market analysis for tailoring and trousers.
Requirements:• Not essential but preferred knowledge on PLM or similar software
• Experience with CAD and creating detailed tech packs
• Highly organised with strong time management skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to take direction and learn
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration abilities
