Role Title: AWS Solution Architect

Duration: Contract until 31/12/2025

Location: Remote

Rate: Up to £759 per day, Umbrella inside IR35

Clearance required: Active SC and NPPV3 eligibility; must be a sole UK national

Our client is seeking an AWS Solution Architect to provide technical assistance to tenant accounts within an AWS Organisation. Responsibilities include helping tenants understand the organisation structure, enabling hosting and exposure of applications/services via gateways.

Key Skills/Requirements:

• Must Have: VPC, Networking, Routing, Transit Gateway, IAM Policies, Gateways/Interface Endpoints
• Good to Have: Landing Zones, Organisations, Private Link, Endpoint Services, R53/DNS, NWFW, ALB, NLB
• Nice to Have: EKS, Kubernetes, SSM, AMI, Resource Access Manager

Qualifications:

• AWS Certified (Associate level required, Professional level preferred)

Experience:

• Experience in Solutions Architecture within an AWS environment
• Knowledge of Firewall, Gateway, Proxy patterns
• Understanding of TLS connectivity and CA/Certificate management
• Knowledge of patch management
• Experience with pipeline build tools/processes (preferably GitLab)
• Understanding of observation and monitoring
• Strong presentation skills; experience with governance boards
