EPAM Systems in London, United Kingdom, is seeking an AWS Partnership CTO to lead our AWS strategy in a hybrid working model. The role is a senior leadership position focused on driving technical and business outcomes through the AWS partnership.

You will head the AWS Technical Center of Excellence, shape go-to-market priorities with AWS and enterprise clients, and guide large-scale cloud transformation programs with deep technical and strategic expertise.

Qualifications

• Extensive AWS-focused solution architecture and cloud transformation experience.
• Proven leadership in technical business development or pre-sales.
• Deep knowledge of AWS Partner Network (APN) and engagement models.
• Experience designing and delivering large-scale migration and modernization programs.
• Strong knowledge of containers, Kubernetes, serverless, microservices and IaC.

Responsibilities

Job description

We're looking for an AWS Partnership CTO to join our team in London, United Kingdom in a hybrid working mode.

This role is a senior leadership position focused on driving EPAM's technical strategy for AWS partnership. You will lead our AWS Technical Center of Excellence, establish solution go-to-market priorities and collaborate closely with AWS and enterprise clients to define and implement large-scale cloud transformation programs. Acting as the primary technical authority for the AWS alliance, you will combine market-facing business development with deep technical expertise to create cloud strategies, deliver innovation and enable measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical leader for EPAM's AWS partnership
• Lead and grow the AWS Technical Center of Excellence (CoE) defining core solution capabilities and technical standards
• Develop and execute partner-aligned go-to-market strategies in collaboration with EPAM's Industry and Business Units
• Drive AWS-based solution architecture and provide strategic technical direction for joint client engagements
• Engage with executive stakeholders to define enterprise cloud roadmaps and modernization strategies
• Support strategic pursuits, RFP responses and proposal development ensuring technical quality and client alignment
• Conduct technical presentations, workshops and training sessions for clients, partners and internal teams
• Collaborate with AWS teams on joint initiatives, technical enablement and co-sell execution
• Act as a thought leader by creating whitepapers, blogs and solution blueprints to position EPAM's AWS offerings
• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and long-term partnership success through technical governance and advisory

Requirements

• Extensive experience in solution architecture and cloud transformation with a strong focus on AWS
• Proven background in leading technical business development or pre-sales activities
• In-depth understanding of the AWS Partner Network (APN) and related engagement models
• Expertise in designing and executing large-scale migration and modernization initiatives
• Strong technical knowledge of containers, Kubernetes, serverless, microservices and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience delivering integrated partner go-to-market strategies and influencing strategic investments
• Strong business acumen and ability to position complex solutions for executive stakeholders
• Understanding of AI, Generative AI and cloud-native engineering trends
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences
• Willingness to travel when required (up to 25%)
