Location: Hybrid - Remote 80% / London Office 20%

Duration: 3 months

Rate: £575 per day - Umbrella Only

About the Role

AWS has created the Landing Zone Accelerator (LZA) to help deploy a landing zone that meets the necessary requirements. Using the LZA solution, you can deploy the environment by using a set of configuration files.

AWS LZA Architect - responsibilities:

1. Creating automated Continuous Integration processes
2. Creating automated Deployment processes
3. Monitoring processes and environments
4. Managing applications and infrastructure using AWS Cloud
5. Planning, designing, and developing cloud-based applications

AWS LZA Architect - essential skills:

1. Technical knowledge and experience with Bash / Python / PowerShell
2. Knowledge of AWS basic services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Route 53, IAM, etc.)
3. Understanding the CI/CD process, proficiency in Linux or Windows administration, Git
4. Infrastructure as Code - experience with one of the following: Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Terraform, CloudFormation
5. Networking fundamentals including VPNs, DNS, subnetting, route tables, firewalls, etc.
