Job Description:

• Design, develop, and deploy chatbots and voicebots using AWS Lex, with a focus on natural language understanding and integration with other AWS services.
• Understand and implement relevant GEN AI models.
• Integrate chatbots with backend services through AWS Lambda.
• Perform optimization, testing, and debugging of chatbots to ensure proper functionality.
• Specify conversation flows and manage dialogue within Amazon Lex.
• Work with APIs and backend services for seamless integration.
• Maintain conversational interfaces and ensure their performance and reliability.
• Proficiency in AWS services such as S3, Lambda, RDS, and API Gateway.
• Programming experience with Java, Python, Node.js, or JavaScript.
