AWS Lead Platform Engineer - OUTSIDE IR35

Lead DevOps Engineer - Up to £550 per day OUTSIDE IR35

2x per month in London

5 month contract (high likelihood of extension)

Immediate Start

MUST BE CURRENTLY SC CLEARED

Skillset:

1. Experience leading a team of 4+ engineers and acting as the technical owner
2. AWS Platform DevOps, Infrastructure Automation & Deployment experience
3. Experience in automating operations tasks with one or more scripting languages
4. Experience creating and/or maintaining production software delivery pipelines using common CI/CD tools
5. Experience working with AWS (Azure/GCP experience is advantageous)
6. Experience with Infrastructure as Code
7. Experience of Cloud security principles (e.g. IAM, KMS, AzureAD, Security Groups)
8. Experience mentoring/managing junior engineers

Desirable skills:

1. Experience supporting and operating production systems
2. Configuration management tooling (e.g. Ansible)
3. Data Transformation tools
4. Python coding skills
