About the role

This role provides first-line support for popular software like Google Workspace, Microsoft, AWS and other popular solutions.

On a typical day as an Provisioning Specialist, you will:
  • Provide first-line support to company end-users
  • Support end-users with use and licensing of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 (Office, Licenses), AWS and other popular solutions.
  • Pass end-users to Google, Microsoft, AWS and other solution provider support if unable to resolve at first-line.
  • Follow specifications and documentation for each software vendor platform to diagnose and resolve common issues at first-line.
Desired profile
  • 2+ years of work experience in provisioning at a managed service provider (MSP).
  • Experience working in a software reseller or distributor business
  • Experience supporting a high volume of clients at first-line support
  • Strong experience licensing and provisioning of either Google Workspace, Microsoft or AWS
  • Strong experience working in a ticketing system
  • Experience working in a KPI driven environment
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
