AWS Full Stack Developer

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for an AWS Full Stack Developer.

This role will be Inside of IR35, so you will be required to use an FCSA Accredited Umbrella Company.

Key Requirements:

1. Design and develop web applications using Java and AWS technologies.
2. Integrate and manage AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
3. Develop code deployment strategy and pipelines.
4. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
6. Perform unit and integration testing to ensure software quality.
7. Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
8. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and standards.

Key Experience:

1. Proven experience as a full stack developer in agile delivery.
2. Proficiency in AWS Serverless Architecture Model (Lambda, DynamoDB, ECS Fargate, SQS, SNS, Kinesis, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, IAM, CodeBuild, Security Groups, API Gateway, ALBs, KMS, Secrets Manager, Parameter Store, S3), Java 11+, Spring, JUnit.
3. Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python.
4. Knowledge in containerisation (Docker), Maven, Node.js, Jest, TypeScript, Test Automation, QA, Cucumber, Postgres.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in front-end technologies.
• Experience in using agile tools like Rally.
• ServiceNow tool experience.
• Project management experience.
