Job summary

eTeam is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / AWS DevOps Engineer in Glasgow to maintain, support, and enhance critical production systems. You will drive reliability, scalability, and operational excellence across cloud environments, with strong AWS and DevOps expertise and moderate .NET/C# development capability.

Role focuses on automation, incident response, and collaboration with Operations, Engineering, and Cloud Infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of AWS/DevOps experience.
Strong C# development familiarity is a plus.
Experience supporting production systems and incident management.

Responsibilities

Monitor, maintain, and support business-critical applications and cloud infrastructure.
Ensure high system availability, performance, scalability, and reliability.
Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
Implement proactive monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions.
Reduce operational overhead through automation and self-healing mechanisms.
Support production releases and deployment activities.
