Job summary

AWS is seeking a dynamic Program and Community Manager to join the Developer Relations team in EMEA. This hybrid role blends program management with community engagement to grow developer success and AWS adoption across the UK, Ireland, and Northern Europe.

You will plan and execute strategic programs, build strong ties with community leaders, and collaborate with Developer Advocates and cross-functional teams to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional non-internship marketing.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns.
• Experience in multi-territory campaign management.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and content production timelines and process.
• Experience with project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and execution for developer-focused programs.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives to scale impact of Developer Advocates.
• Create dashboards, metrics, and reporting to track success and demonstrate value.
• Own and scale AWS User Groups and Student Builder Groups in UKI-North.
• Plan and execute AWS Community Days and other community events.
