SR2 - Socially Responsible Recruitment seeks a Data Solution Technical Lead to drive the design and delivery of an AWS-based data platform for a major public sector programme in the UK. You will lead cross-functional teams, translate requirements into designs and ensure secure, scalable data solutions.

This hands-on leadership role requires recent AWS data engineering and architecture experience, strong knowledge of Redshift and Glue, and a track record in delivering data integration, quality

Qualifications

• Active SC & NPPV3 clearance required.
• Hands-on AWS data engineering and architecture expertise.
• Experience delivering Redshift/Glue-based data solutions within Agile teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and implementation of AWS data solutions across the data platform.
• Own high- and low-level designs covering architecture, data flows and security.
• Oversee ingestion, ETL/ELT, data modelling and transformations.
• Provide technical direction to engineers and ensure delivery standards.
• Translate business needs into technical designs and tasks.
• Support data quality, monitoring and platform optimisation.
