Job summary

ClearRoute is leading a strategic platform engineering initiative to modernise a client’s production path. The project builds an AI-enabled delivery platform on AWS with portability to other clouds, demanding robust governance, security controls, and a GOV-enabled CI/CD flow.

You will operate a Coder deployment on AKS, using hardened templates and trusted images. The role requires Terraform production-quality work, Kubernetes governance, and container image engineering.

Qualifications

• Terraform at production quality, modular and maintainable infrastructure code.
• Managed Kubernetes on AKS with security controls and RBAC.
• Container image engineering with hardened base images and trusted registries.
• Linux networking, DNS, TLS, and source-control connectivity troubleshooting.
• OIDC single sign-on and identity integration.
• Ability to implement and test a control design owned by others.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate a highly available Coder deployment on AKS with PostgreSQL and SSO integration.
• Create production-grade Terraform workspace templates and hardened base images.
• Ensure reliable access to source control and registries while enforcing security controls.
• Performance tuning, cost awareness, and measuring developer experience.
• Document platform design, runbooks, and operational considerations.
• Ensure portability across cloud platforms and provide evidence for production readiness.
