In the rapidly evolving healthcare sector, characterised by substantial investments from both national and international government initiatives and leading pharmaceutical firms, a remarkable company is making strides. This organisation is collaborating with the NHS to bring groundbreaking healthcare solutions to the UK, focusing on advancing research to enable early diagnoses, effective treatments, and disease prevention.
The role has come about as part of their ambition to jumpstart this research and there is the opportunity to benefit from a lot of autonomy. As a Cloud Network Engineer, you will sit in the Platform team as the SME for networking. In addition to the design and deployment of AWS cloud infrastructure with Terraform and Gitlab, you will also leverage your expertise with VPC, Route53, and Transit Gateways to optimise networks in the cloud.
Join a unique organisation which globally has more data than anyone else, whose growth has meant that its headcount has doubled in the last year, and having been mentioned in the Government's spending review is set to receive even more funding. Not to mention its flexibility over working from home - whilst there is an office located in London (Canary Wharf), the company operates on a hybrid basis as Engineers go into the office on a monthly basis.
You can change the way that medicine is being conducted.
