AWS Cloud Engineer (Windows, Terraform) - Software - Remote
Day rate: £400 - £600 (inside IR35)
Duration: 4 months
Start: ASAP

My client is looking for an AWS Cloud Engineer with strong experience in Windows environments and Infrastructure as Code to join our software team on a 4-month fully remote contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure on AWS
• Automate infrastructure deployment and configuration using Terraform
• Manage and support Windows Server instances in the cloud
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and administrative tasks
• Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory in a hybrid or cloud-native environment
• Collaborate with DevOps, development, and security teams to ensure infrastructure meets business needs and compliance standards
• Document infrastructure and operational processes

Required Skills & Experience:

• Solid hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration
• Proven experience using Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting
• Experience managing Active Directory, including group policies and domain services
