As an AI Controls Enablement Lead in Controls Strategy & Innovation, you lead a team of Controls professionals with deep technical AI expertise who sit at the intersection of business and technology. The team translates what AI is doing into language that the business and Controls can act on and prototypes automated controls and solutions that can be implemented at scale across Asset & Wealth Management and beyond.
On any given day, you may conduct a joint risk review with a Control Manager, bringing technical expertise while they own the controls finding. You will act as a co-developer, coach, and gatekeeper across Controls, Technology, and the business, making the invisible visible and the technical actionable.
This role provides significant exposure to senior Controls leadership and senior business stakeholders, positioning you to influence how Controls builds and deploys AI-enabled solutions for the business.
