About the Role

Unlock your creativity and join Reckitt as a Design Manager. You will act as a catalyst for visual excellence, applying your design expertise to shape and enhance our global marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Key partner with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of artworks on time and to quality which adhere to company and brand guidelines.
  • Key partner for the Artwork Agency partner in the delivery of artworks.
Artwork Management
  • Be the Global Artworks Operating Procedure Champion for Project Roll Out across markets
  • Key point of contact, coordination, and support for Brandworks & Artworks for the project between CGO Team, Design Team, GLARA (Trident Team) IMEX Team (Markets), Supply & Packaging Teams
  • Agency resource prioritization across global and local initiatives and end-to-end management of artwork production process
  • Creation or co-creation of Pack Copies with support from Brand Teams
  • Responsible for agency Briefing for MAW’s.
  • Assist in creation of annual artwork planning
  • Supervise Artwork coordinator in completion of the assigned tasks
The Experience We're Looking For
  • Artwork and Project Management Experience: must be able to demonstrate very strong skills in artwork delivery.
  • Team management experiences: highly desirable to have led an artwork team in delivering the job assigned within the categories
  • OTHER PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization (CGO, MX, Sales, Key Lead Markets) – strong interpersonal skills, dealing with multiple stakeholders across different functions and levels of expertise
  • Entrepreneurial and able to work autonomously
  • Being agile and able to navigate through ambiguity
  • Strong sense of urgency and achievement
  • Resilient and able to respond under pressure
  • Good attention to detail and organization skills
