Job summary

Redline Assured Security, part of TrustFlight, is seeking an HR/vetting administrator to join the HR team at NSSA, Doncaster. You will manage AvSec background checks, CRCs, and onboarding while ensuring compliance with Aviation Security legislation.

You will coordinate training for associates, carry out right-to-work checks, and liaise with internal teams to keep documentation accurate and up to date. This is an on-site, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR or vetting administration.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CRC and CTC.
• Excellent IT skills with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Commitment to confidentiality in HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Process AvSec background checks and CRCs within statutory deadlines.
• Organise online and in-house training and onboarding for associates.
• Carry out right to work checks and issue associate contracts.
• Process and submit Airport Pass applications with testing team.
• Review AvSec templates and stay updated with Aviation Security legislation.
• Support AI-assisted drafting and correspondence in onboarding.
