• Prioritize and evaluate new and renewal submissions to identify accounts with the greatest profit potential aligned with the business plan and corporate profit objectives.
• Price and analyze coverage, structure, and exposures on individual risks.
• Set appropriate terms and conditions according to the company's underwriting strategy and guidelines to quote qualified risks.
• Exercise proper underwriting discipline and pricing to meet profitability goals, adhering to underwriting guidelines, systems, and procedures.

Qualifications required:

• Undergraduate degree, preferably in Insurance or a related field.

Experience required:

• Minimum of 8+ years of commercial underwriting experience.
• Significant experience within the middle market segment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
