This position will be based in our London office with a hybrid schedule that has the option of working two days remotely each week.

Role Purpose:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record of leading complex, strategic business programs within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry. You must be passionate about execution and thrive on solving challenging problems in dynamic environments.

This newly created role is pivotal in driving operational efficiencies through cross-functional programmes, including systems implementation and process optimization.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage strategic programs from initiation through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from front-line staff to technical experts and senior leadership.
  • Identify and mitigate risks through proactive, transparent communication and issue resolution.
  • Apply project management methodologies in a flexible, fit-for-purpose manner tailored to each initiative.
  • Maintain composure under pressure and guide teams through challenges with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Foster a high-performance culture in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Professional Experience:

  • Insurance domain subject matter acumen in multiple functional areas and lines of business
  • Must have proven experience of Guidewire
  • Competent PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery methodology
