Skills and Competencies

• Manage relationships with internal ICT service providers and oversee related work orders.
• Maintain and assess intragroup work orders, ensuring compliance and reporting.
• Lead regulatory compliance efforts for intragroup arrangements.
• Manage ICT Service Provider Forum meetings and follow-ups.
• Act as the primary contact for proposed service changes.

Education & Experience

• Undergraduate degree in Risk, Legal, or Business Management; graduate degree or professional risk management qualification preferred.
• 5+ years of business experience, including at least 2 years in risk, compliance, or internal controls.
• Strong IT skills related to risk management and understanding of technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for intragroup relationships and manage service performance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage service reviews and performance issues.
• Define responsibilities for key sub-contractors and ensure engagement on service changes.
• Drive service improvement activities and prepare review materials.
• Monitor and act on intragroup contract change requests.
• Collaborate with the TPRM team on third-party risk activities.
