Opus Fund Services is seeking an AVP to establish and operate its Middle Office, with a focus on independent oversight of OTC derivatives, confirmations, reconciliations, and trade lifecycle monitoring.

The role expands to broader trade lifecycle management, collateral oversight, and client onboarding, while supporting Portfolio Accounting. Expect a hybrid work pattern with three in-office days per week.

Qualificações

• Honours degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, or business.
• 5+ years in a financial services operations role.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in asset management is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review and validate OTC derivative confirmations from counterparties.
• Perform independent reconciliations using platforms such as MarkitWire, TradeServ, and other utilities.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and trade discrepancies.
• Liaise with counterparties, clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
