Job summary

Hunter Bond is seeking a talented Business Analyst at AVP level to join a leading international bank in London. You will support business case development, planning, control processes, impact evaluation and QA/testing across multiple domains including Financial Crime, Sales & Trading, Payments and Business Transformation.

You'll identify impacts on the Target Operating Model and propose solutions to mitigate risks, with high visibility in a growing banking environment and flexible work-from-home

Qualifications

• Experience with BRD, process modelling and mapping.
• Experience in Financial Services / Banking required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive and results-driven, with a go-getter attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support business case development, planning, and control processes.
• Conduct impact evaluation and QA/testing; mitigate risks on the TOM.
