Qualifications

• Fellowship in an actuarial organization.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 10+ years of experience in risk management, treasury, actuarial pricing, product development, investments, capital management, and/or reinsurance.
• AI fluency to leverage emerging technologies for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with shared resources to capture, manage, report on and set guidelines around various risks for Bermuda reinsurance, aligning with BSCR, EC, ALM and GIAC frameworks.
• Enhance quarterly BSCR ratio stress testing and utilize it for ALM, capital, credit, FX and insurance risk management.
• Manage agenda for Bermuda financial risk working group.
• Develop close working relationships with internal partners across Reinsurance, Investment Risk, Insurance & Pricing, Treasury, ARU and related units.
• Keep current with Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA) rules and regulations.
