You’ll deliver engaging training, help develop innovative learning materials, and contribute to high-tech synthetic training devices—all with our full support every step of the way.*Location: Yeovil, with flexible and hybrid working options*For the awareness of internal applicants: this is a JFF level 5 position.**What you’ll do as an Avionics Instructor:*** Designing and developing clear, effective training content from technical documentation.* Delivering engaging training sessions to a variety of audiences, both in the UK and occasionally overseas.* Acting as a subject matter expert for specific avionic systems, with full backup from our experienced team.* Supporting the creation of advanced flight simulators and synthetic training devices.* Ensuring all training activities meet the highest standards of safety and compliance.* Helping to create and invigorate student assessments.**What you’ll bring:****Essential*** A solid understanding of avionic systems.* A positive, professional attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and develop new skills.* Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.**Desirable*** Experience in aviation, aerospace, or a related technical field (but not mandatory).* Familiarity with digital tools, but full training will be provided.*Mindset over CV: We value enthusiasm, reliability, and a collaborative spirit above all.***Security Clearance** This role is subject to pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS).
