Job summary

Right Now Group are recruiting experienced Forklift Operatives to join our client's busy operation near Heathrow. This permanent, hands-on role is in a fast-paced aviation warehouse, handling, loading and unloading freight safely and efficiently.

You will work Friday to Monday (44 hours) with a base salary of £29,500 plus a 20% shift premium; after completing X-ray training you can receive a £3,000 salary increase. This is a solid long-term career in aviation logistics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in aviation warehouse or freight logistics.
• Valid forklift licence and confident operation of equipment.
• Experience handling, loading and unloading freight in a busy warehouse.
• Aviation cargo or freight handling experience is advantageous; training for X-ray available.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload freight accurately and safely.
• Move, store and position aviation cargo within the warehouse.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing freight and verify documentation.
• Support day-to-day warehouse operations to meet deadlines.
• Follow site security, Health & Safety and procedures, report hazards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
