Qualifications

• Experience as systems engineer with requirements engineering and solution architecture.
• Knowledge of engineering practices, methodologies, and tools.
• In-depth understanding of ATC/ATM operational protocols.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse customer requirements for system architecture and third-party integration.
• Represent the company in customer engagements including requirements gathering and design reviews.
• Translate customer needs into clear software requirements aligned with architecture and objectives.
• Evaluate proposed solutions against customer and internal specs.
• Provide system-level guidance to various departments.
• Maintain a consistent requirements baseline across departments.
• Lead process improvement within the systems team.
• Stay updated with emerging technical topics to support projects.
• Travel to customer sites worldwide as required.
