Job summary

MGroup Transport (Aviation) is seeking a Survey Project Manager to join our aviation team. You will lead the survey function across major airports, ensuring safety, quality, and delivery on time.

Based in the UK with projects at Heathrow and Gatwick, you will manage multiple surveys, coordinate with design and construction teams, and drive innovations in PAS128, CAD, and NEC contract delivery.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of survey disciplines including PAS128.
• Good CAD knowledge and practices.
• Formal project management qualification preferred (APM).
• CDM safety regulations knowledge.
• Strong commercial acumen with NEC contracts.
• Experience delivering projects in safety-critical environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Lead and coach team members to improve performance.
• CSCS Black card and SMSTS qualification.
• Full clean driving license.
• 5 years of traceable employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial performance of the Survey team.
• Lead planning to delivery of data to client.
• Maintain safety, standards and quality across life cycle.
• Ensure clear communication between departments and client.
• Drive innovation in the survey field.
